Graduated in 1979 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi. He commenced his professional journey as an engineer at Icher, progressing to the role of Junior Engineer (J.E.) at the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), where he served until 2005. In the same year, he founded Canon Engineering Co., subsequently establishing a state-of-the-art factory in 2006. The company initially focused on the design, development, and installation of high-mast poles and street lighting across India for renowned clients such as Bajaj and Havells, solidifying its reputation in the LED manufacturing sector by offering an extensive range of products for domestic, commercial, and industrial applications.

In a remarkable initiative, he spearheaded a significant solar electrification project through UPCL, aimed at providing electricity to homes in the remote villages of Uttarakhand. In 2021, he diversified further by setting up a metal fabrication industry. Currently, he is engaged in designing and developing innovative machinery and large-scale structures for esteemed clients in India, Africa, and Australia. He is also collaborating closely with Indian Railways to improve operations and efficiency.

Presently, he is dedicated to advancing green energy initiatives, striving to offer sustainable energy solutions, including CNG, to promote a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
